This one-time, five-hour class is designed to educate the teenage mother and her support person(s) for the delivery and care of her baby. Class topics include how to grow a healthy baby, changes in your body during pregnancy, what to expect at prenatal visits, pain management and comfort options during childbirth, what to expect of your body after delivery, breast and bottle feeding and decision-making skills necessary to become an effective parent.
Cost: This class is free for teens age 13-19
Time: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
