We are utilizing the latest technology with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices, ensuring your diabetes is well managed and your blood sugars are controlled. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to many life-altering complications including:

We work closely with Terrebonne General’s Diabetes Management program to provide education to our patients on diabetes, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes, CGM, and insulin, as well as diet and lifestyle modifications.

This clinic has transitioned to a hospital-based outpatient department of Terrebonne General Health System.

Depending on the clinical services provided, patients may incur additional out-of-pocket expenses and/or receive two bills as follows:

• Technical Services - charges for medical or technical equipment,
supplies, and services.
• Professional Services - charges for physician and clinical professional
treatment and procedures

Co-insurance and deductibles may apply and could be covered by a secondary insurance policy.
