Our Hospital Medicine Team
What is a Hospitalist?
A doctor who specializes in caring for you while in the hospital. These are board-certified physicians that will manage your hospital care, making you or your loved one their primary concern during your hospital stay.
Who is the Hospitalist Team?
Highly trained internal and family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other specialists needed to provide you the best care. The hospitalist team will take care of you while you're in the hospital.
When Will I See My Primary Care Physician?
Your primary care physician (PCP) is very important and plays a major role in your overall care and maintains ongoing communication with your hospitalist.
Upon discharge the hospitalist will schedule an office visit with your PCP for continued treatment and care.

24 hours a day to answer any questions. Please ask your nurse to contact
