diagnose and treat chronic diseases, such as hypertension, cardiovascular
disease, high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia), diabetes, arthritis, and asthma,
as well as acute illness. They are skilled in both the management of multiple
disease processes and in recognizing and controlling risk factors that
can contribute to the exacerbation of illness.
Our commitment to health, wellness, and disease prevention in our patients
is strong. We offer an array of preventive services such as immunizations,
diabetes and cardiovascular disease screenings, and breast, cervical,
colorectal, and prostate cancer screenings. Our annual wellness exams
focus on developing a prevention plan customized to each patient’s
