Join us for a FREE health screening!
The free health screenings include:
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Pulse Rate
- Blood Glucose & Lipid Profile
- Weight & Waist Circumference
- Nurse Practitioner Consult
Education will be provided about:
- Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
- Unwanted Pregnancy
- Importance of Nutrition and Physical Activity
- Physical and Mental Changes
There will also be free car seat fittings and pregnancy tests.
Screenings are generously provided by The Foundation for Terrebonne General and a grant from Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government.
