The Physician Practice Services Department is the operational backbone of Terrebonne General Health Systems’ outpatient clinics. Our team supports care delivery across 12 medical specialties, including Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Palliative Care, Neurology, Endocrinology, Sports Medicine, Pulmonology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Urology, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds) and Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery.

By combining clinical coordination, operational support, and a strong commitment to service, we help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care at every visit.

Making an Impact Every Day

Our department plays a direct role in patient access and continuity of care. Each year, we support more than 50,000 outpatient clinic visits, including:

• New and established patient appointments

• Hospital follow-up visits

• Wellness and preventive care

• Procedure visits

In addition to outpatient services, many of the providers we support also deliver inpatient care through hospital rounding. This continuity allows our team to contribute to seamless care across the entire patient journey from clinic to hospital and back home.
