This five-week course meets once a week for two hours. The classes are designed for first-time mothers and her support person(s), or those who want more information on pregnancy, childbirth, and baby care. Comfort measure and breathing techniques, as well as medication options available are covered in this class. Please note that pillows and blankets are needed for breathing exercises and floor work. This class includes a tour of the Women’s Center.
