Terrebonne General Wellness for Life is hosting a free interactive health, safety, and wellness fair to educate parents and children on healthy living, encourage active participation, promote family engagement, strengthen community connections, and create sustainable habits while also providing education on proper child restraints.

Children can engage in activities such as:

• CPR and choking education,
• smoothie bike,
• fitness games,
• healthy snacks,
• and giveaways

There will also be a free child safety seat fitting station, where certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will educate parents and caregivers on the proper installation and use of child safety seats in accordance with Louisiana car seat laws. The first 10 participants who specifically request booster seat assistance will receive a voucher for a free coffee or smoothie.

The school with the most participation will receive a $500 Amazon gift card!
Each participant who completes the punch card given at check-in will receive a FREE pass to the Tunnel Run Kids Run! The first 150 participants will receive a backpack.
