Submit a Grievance

Patients and families have the right to voice concerns regarding care, treatment, or services received. Concerns are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.

Join Our Patient Partnership Council

At Terrebonne General Health System, we believe the best healthcare experiences are created when patients, families, and healthcare professionals work together.

The Patient Partnership Council is a group of patients, family members, and hospital team members who collaborate to improve the quality, safety, and patient experience throughout our health system.

Why Join?

As a council member, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Help improve communication and patient education materials

Who Can Participate?

We welcome individuals who:

  • Have received care at Terrebonne General or supported a loved one during their care
  • Are passionate about improving healthcare experiences
  • Can respectfully share ideas and feedback

No healthcare experience is required. Your perspective as a patient or family member is what matters most.

What Is Expected?

Council members typically:

  • Attend scheduled meetings throughout the year
  • Participate in discussions and improvement initiatives
  • Serve as ambassadors for patient- and family-centered care
  • Provide honest and constructive feedback
