Terrebonne General Health System Welcomes Dr. Zachary Poché, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, to Their Esteemed Medical Staff

Terrebonne General Health System is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Zachary Poché, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, to its esteemed medical staff.
Dr. Zachary Poché, a Houma native and Vandebilt Catholic High School alum, graduated magna cum laude from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he also completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Poché is board-eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He provides comprehensive care for inpatient rehabilitation, spasticity management, electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS), peripheral joint injections, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.

“As a physiatrist, I am passionate about helping patients regain their independence and achieve their highest level of function after neurological and orthopedic injuries. Returning to the Bayou Region to serve the community where I spent the first 22 years of my life has always been a lifelong dream,” said Dr. Poché. “I am honored to have the opportunity to care for the people and community that helped shape who I am today.”
