About This Event

Our Positive Body Image class supports youth ages 8 to 16 through key developmental years. It addresses the unique needs of each group in a safe, supportive environment. By the end, students will gain self-awareness and strategies for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Our Wellness Providers will discuss:
- Body changes during puberty
- Body positivity and appreciation
- Effects of social media on body image
- Healthy living with nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being
