diagnose and treat chronic diseases, such as hypertension, cardiovascular
disease, high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia), diabetes, arthritis, and asthma,

disease processes and in recognizing and controlling risk factors that
can contribute to the exacerbation of illness.

appointment Monday through Friday. Follow-up appointments can also be
scheduled through
MyChart with an active account. For the convenience of our patients, same-day,
early morning, and
